While the location is excellent—close to Monte Casino and various shopping spots—service fell short of expectations; the staff struggled under pressure, and my room lacked USB outlets and a fridge. the relaxing outdoor pool and nearby attractions made for enjoyable family bonding moments, despite not-so-great service.

The overall environment was welcoming, although I was slightly put off by the lingering smell of cigarettes. Despite this, the room was above average in size, allowing me the freedom to relax and unwind.

I booked a double bed, but when I checked in, they handed me a twin room instead. The smell of the bathroom was really off-putting, and the service made me feel like I wasn’t a valued guest at all.

Functional and clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is very good! It has both excellent and amiable staff. High standard rooms with a balcony are accompanied by good service. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Had a pretty good stay! The hotel is located in a handy spot with easy access to shops and restaurants, making it super convenient. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, plus the breakfast was really tasty! I also loved that my room was clean and my bed was super comfy.

I did run into a few issues. The check-in process was a bit frustrating and took longer than expected. my room was missing some basic items like a fridge and bedside chargers, which was a bummer. it wasn’t perfect, but still a decent stay!

I would happily recommend this place and would gladly return, everything was enjoyable and good.
